You may browse, purchase products, manage your membership, and interact with our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to impersonate others, to collect user data without consent, or to interfere with the website's operation.

Accounts may only be created and used by the individual whose information is provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

We make every effort to display products accurately, including colours, dimensions, and materials. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of some pieces. These variations do not constitute grounds for a return unless the item is significantly different from its description.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately with options: an equivalent replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Your membership is a recurring subscription that renews monthly on your billing date. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us. The skip window (1st–5th of each month) allows you to pause a month without charge. Member Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months from issue. All membership terms are detailed in our Subscription Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that are used fraudulently, in bad faith, or in violation of these terms. In cases of termination for breach, unused Member Credits may be forfeited.

Payment is due at the time of purchase for individual orders and on your recurring billing date for subscriptions. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable amounts.

We will notify you by email and retry after 3 days. Persistent failed payments may result in suspension of your membership. You remain liable for any amounts owed.

All content on maisonvue.com — including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Maison Vue and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

You may share our content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes provided you credit Maison Vue and do not alter the content. Commercial use of our content requires prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Vue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty as detailed in our Warranty Policy. Outside of this, our services are provided "as is" without any additional warranty, express or implied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
