Maison Vue is a members-only jewelry subscription brand. Each month, we curate a beautiful box of 18K gold-plated and sterling silver jewelry and deliver it straight to your door — beautifully packaged, always worth more than you pay.
We have five signature boxes:
- GLOW box — Everyday gold. 1 necklace + 1 bracelet. $39.99/mo
- HAZE box — Seasonal editorial. 2–3 curated pieces. $55/mo
- DUSK box — Premium everyday. 3 pieces + mystery gift + early access. $79/mo
- LUNE box — Sterling silver statement pieces. $95/mo
- STAR box — Zodiac-personalised, unique to your sign. $110/mo
Every box includes your curated jewelry pieces, a matte black premium box, a satin or velvet pouch, and a monthly collection card telling you the story behind the pieces. Higher tiers include mystery bonus gifts.
Never. Each box is curated around a monthly theme, but specific pieces vary. STAR box members receive completely personalised curation based on their zodiac sign — no two STAR boxes are ever identical.
Every box contains jewelry valued well above the subscription price — typically $100–$250+ in retail value depending on your tier. We want you to feel like you got a deal every single month.
Boxes ship at the end of each month. Orders placed before the 25th ship that same month. After the 25th, your first box ships the following month.

Yes! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 USD.
We've got you. If your parcel is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we'll send a full replacement at no charge. Just contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date at hello@maisonvue.com.
Absolutely. Once your box ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your parcel directly from your member dashboard under "My Orders."
Easy! Between the 1st and 5th of each month, log into your Member Dashboard, go to "Manage Subscription," and click "Skip This Month." No fees, no questions asked.
You can cancel anytime, three ways:

No cancellation fees. Ever.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Upgrading gets you the new tier from the very next box.
Yes! If you skip a month, your Member Credit stays in your account and can be applied toward a future box or individual piece purchase. Credits expire after 12 months — and we'll remind you before they do.
Absolutely! Many members subscribe to multiple boxes — for example a GLOW box for everyday gold and a STAR box for their zodiac collection. Each subscription is managed and billed separately in your dashboard.
Yes! All our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Our PVD gold plating is certified skin-safe. If you have known metal sensitivities, our pieces are designed with you in mind.
Yes — our pieces are water and sweat resistant thanks to our PVD plating and stainless steel base. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorinated pools or salt water for maximum longevity.

When you subscribe to the STAR box, you enter your birth date. Our curation team handpicks pieces specifically inspired by your zodiac sign each month. No two members ever receive the same box — it's genuinely personalised.

Your membership is billed on the same date you first subscribed, every month. For example, if you joined on the 12th, you'll be charged on the 12th going forward.
Every month, between the 1st and 5th, you can skip that month's charge. Skip before the 5th and you won't be charged. Miss the window and your card is charged as normal and your Member Credit is issued.
We'll notify you by email and retry after 3 days. If the second attempt fails, your subscription pauses until you update your payment details in your dashboard under "Billing." Your membership benefits stay active during this window.
Every month you're charged, a Member Credit equal to your monthly charge is issued to your account. Think of it as your monthly jewelry budget — use it on individual pieces, upgrades, or save it for a bigger purchase.

Yes — Member Credits expire after 12 months from issue date. We'll send a reminder 30 days before any credit expires. If you cancel your membership, credits remain valid for 90 days post-cancellation.
Yes! Multiple Member Credits can be applied to a single purchase. If your purchase exceeds your credit balance, the remaining amount is charged to your payment method on file.

All subscription boxes ship at the end of each calendar month (typically between the 25th and last day). Subscribe before the 25th to be included in that month's shipment.
Individual pieces ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed, then delivery takes the standard regional timeframe above.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 USD (or equivalent in local currency). Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also find it in your Member Dashboard under "My Orders." Click the tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.
First, check with neighbours or your building's reception. If you still can't locate it, email us at hello@maisonvue.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
Every Maison Vue shipment is protected against loss and theft in transit. If your parcel is confirmed lost or stolen, we will send a full replacement at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date.
For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

Returns + Exchanges
We want you to love every single piece. Here's how we handle it if something isn't quite right.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery on individual piece purchases, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We issue store credit rather than cash refunds.

- A photo of the item
We'll get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.
For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Because our boxes are mystery-curated and personalised, we're unable to accept returns on subscription boxes. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will replace it immediately — no questions asked.
Email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement right away. Damaged items are covered under our 12-month warranty.

Yes! Every Maison Vue piece comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. We want you to feel completely confident in every piece you receive.
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Plating issues under normal wear conditions
- Structural breakage under normal use
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage from harsh chemicals or abrasives

All pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, tarnish-resistant, and waterproof.
PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is the gold standard for long-lasting plating. It's significantly more durable than traditional electroplating, meaning your pieces stay beautiful for much longer. Our 18K PVD gold plating is certified skin-safe and tarnish-resistant.
Yes — all our gold-plated pieces are water and sweat resistant. For maximum longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorinated pools or saltwater. Our sterling silver LUNE pieces can tarnish with excessive water exposure, so we recommend removing before swimming.
Absolutely. All Maison Vue pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Our PVD plating is certified skin-safe, making our jewelry suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.
Do:
- Store in your satin pouch when not wearing
- Clean with a soft dry cloth after wearing
- Put jewelry on after applying perfume or lotion
Avoid:
- Harsh chemicals and cleaning products
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- Sleeping in delicate chain necklaces
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length in millimetres. Then match to our size chart:
- 14.8mm = UK H / US 3.5
- 15.7mm = UK K / US 5
- 16.5mm = UK M / US 6

We'll be honest — no jewelry brand is perfect. But we're committed to transparency, continuous improvement, and making choices that are better for people and the planet. We use FSC-certified recycled packaging, stainless steel (one of the most durable and long-lasting base metals), and partner only with manufacturers who meet strict labour and environmental standards.

Giving Maison Vue as a gift? Here's everything you need to know to make it perfect.
Yes! Gift memberships are available as e-gift cards in any denomination ($25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200). The recipient can use the value to start any subscription tier or shop individual pieces.
Gift cards are delivered digitally by email — either to you to forward, or directly to the recipient on a date you choose. They arrive in a beautifully designed Maison Vue gift card email.
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Multiple gift cards can be combined in a single transaction.
Enter the gift card code at checkout in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field. The balance is applied automatically. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
Yes — email us at hello@maisonvue.com with your gift card code and we'll confirm the remaining balance right away.
Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. We recommend treating them like cash — store the email safely and don't share the code publicly.
