Returns at a Glance

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery on individual piece purchases. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We issue store credit rather than cash refunds for exchanges. Subscription boxes are non-returnable due to their curated nature, however damaged items are replaced immediately.

Store credit lets you find a piece you truly love rather than waiting for a refund. Your credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase — individual pieces, gift cards, or to upgrade your subscription box.

The following cannot be exchanged: worn or damaged items, items without original packaging, subscription box contents (unless damaged on arrival), sale or final sale items marked as non-returnable, and gift cards.

Yes — we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Change of mind exchanges are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is in perfect, unworn condition. We'll issue store credit for the full purchase value (excluding shipping).

Yes. Contact us at hello@maisonvue.com with the order number (if known) or the name of the person who gifted it. We'll do our best to find the order and arrange an exchange or store credit.

Subscription Boxes

Box Policy

Because our boxes are mystery-curated and personalised, we're unable to accept returns on subscription box contents. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it immediately at no cost.

This should never happen but if it does, email us immediately at hello@maisonvue.com with your order number. We'll ship your correct box right away.

Damaged Items

Damaged or Defective Items

Email us within 90 days of delivery at hello@maisonvue.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement immediately at no cost. Damaged items are covered under our 12-month warranty.

If your box arrived visibly damaged in transit, take photos of the outer packaging and contents before opening fully. Email these to hello@maisonvue.com with your order number and we'll resolve it immediately.

If your piece broke under normal wear conditions within 12 months of delivery, this is covered under our warranty. Email us with your order number and a photo of the breakage and we'll arrange a replacement.

How to Start an Exchange

How to Start an Exchange

Step 1: Email hello@maisonvue.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, reason for exchange, and a photo. Step 2: We'll respond within 48 hours with approval and return instructions. Step 3: Post the item back using a tracked service. Step 4: Once received and inspected, we'll issue your store credit within 3 business days.

For approved exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once we receive your returned item: inspection takes 1-2 business days, store credit is issued within 3 business days of inspection, and you'll receive an email confirmation when your credit is ready to use.

Store Credit & Refunds

Store Credit & Refunds

We issue store credit rather than cash refunds for exchanges. Store credit is applied to your Maison Vue account and can be used on any future purchase with no expiry.

Yes — cash refunds are issued in the following circumstances: items confirmed lost in transit (after investigation), items that arrive significantly different from what was described, and charges processed in error (e.g. after a confirmed cancellation).

Store credit is issued within 3 business days of receiving your return. Cash refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5-7 business days and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
