Maison Vue is a members-only jewelry subscription. Choose your box, subscribe monthly, and receive a beautifully curated collection delivered to your door — every single month.

Getting Started

  3. Enter your delivery address and payment details
  4. Confirm your subscription — you're in!

Your first box will ship at the end of the current month if you subscribe before the 25th. After the 25th, your first box ships the following month.

Absolutely. Many members subscribe to multiple tiers — for example, a GLOW box for everyday wear and a STAR box for their personalised zodiac collection. Each subscription is billed and managed independently in your dashboard.

No minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. We want you to stay because you love your boxes — not because you're locked in.

Billing & Charges

Transparent billing, no hidden fees. Here's exactly how and when you're charged.

When You're Charged

Your membership is billed on the same date you first subscribed, recurring every month. For example, if you joined on the 8th, you will be charged on the 8th each month going forward.

💡 You can view your next billing date at any time in your Member Dashboard under "Billing."

Each monthly charge:

  • Queues your curated box for shipment that month
  • Issues a Member Credit equal to the amount charged to your account
  • Maintains your membership benefits and loyalty tier status
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay (instalment option available)
  • Maison Vue Gift Cards & Member Credits

If your payment is declined:

  1. We notify you immediately by email
  2. We retry the charge automatically after 3 days
  3. If the retry fails, your subscription is paused and your box is held
  4. Update your payment details in your dashboard to resume

Your membership benefits remain active during the grace period. Your box will ship once payment is confirmed.

Yes — log into your Member Dashboard at any time, go to Billing → Payment Method, and update your card details. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

The Skip Window

Life happens. That's why every member can skip any month — completely free, no questions asked.

How Skipping Works

The skip window opens on the 1st of every month and closes on the 5th at 11:59pm GMT. Skip before the 5th and you will not be charged that month — no box, no charge, no credit issued.

📅 We send a reminder email on the 1st of every month. We recommend setting a phone reminder too!
  1. Log into your Member Dashboard
  2. Go to Manage Subscription
  3. Click "Skip This Month"
  4. Confirm — done. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

You can also email us at hello@maisonvue.com before the 5th and we'll process the skip for you.

If the 5th passes without a skip request, your card will be charged as normal and your Member Credit will be issued. Your box will be queued for shipment.

⚠️ We are unable to issue refunds for charges processed after the skip window has closed. We offer a one-time courtesy reversal for first-time missed windows — contact us within 24 hours of the charge.

You can skip as many consecutive months as you like. There is no limit. However, if you skip for 6 or more consecutive months, we may reach out to check in — we want to make sure Maison Vue is still the right fit for you.

Skipped months do not earn Vue Points (as no charge is made), but they do not reduce your existing points balance or drop your loyalty tier. Your tier status is preserved regardless of how many months you skip.

Member Credits

Your Member Credit is your monthly jewelry budget — spend it how you like, when you like.

What Are Member Credits?

Every month you are charged, a Member Credit equal to your monthly subscription amount is automatically issued to your account. Think of it as your monthly jewelry budget — it's yours to spend on anything in the Maison Vue shop, or to save up for a larger purchase.

  • Upgrading your subscription tier for a single month
  • Purchasing a gift card for someone else
  • Saving across multiple months for a larger single purchase
💡 Member Credits cannot be used to pay your subscription charge directly — they are for shop purchases only.

Yes — Member Credits expire 12 months from their issue date. We will send you a reminder email 30 days before any credit is due to expire.

If you cancel your membership, any unused credits remain valid for 90 days post-cancellation, after which they expire.

Yes. Multiple Member Credits can be combined and applied to a single purchase. If your purchase total exceeds your available credit balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your payment method on file.

Member Credits are non-transferable and tied to the account they were issued to. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another member's account.

Changes & Updates

Log into your Member Dashboard → Manage Subscription → Change Plan. Select your new tier and confirm.

  • Upgrading: Takes effect from your very next box
  • Downgrading: Takes effect from the following billing cycle

Pro-rata adjustments apply when upgrading mid-cycle.

Yes — update your delivery address at any time in your dashboard under Account → Addresses. Changes made before the 20th of the month will apply to that month's shipment. Changes after the 20th apply from the following month.

We don't currently offer a formal pause feature, but the skip window effectively gives you unlimited pausing — simply skip every month you don't want a box. Your membership status, credits, and loyalty tier are all preserved while you skip.

Your zodiac sign is set at subscription and linked to your birth date. If you need to update it (for example, if you entered it incorrectly), email us at hello@maisonvue.com before the 20th of the month and we'll update it for that month's curation.

Box Shipments

From when your box ships to when it arrives at your door — everything you need to know.

Ship Dates & Cut-offs

All subscription boxes ship between the 25th and last day of each calendar month. The exact date depends on your region and the volume of orders for that month.

Delivery times may be extended during peak holiday periods (November–January).

All Maison Vue shipments are protected. If your parcel is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we will send a full replacement at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date at hello@maisonvue.com with your order number.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs policy before subscribing.

Points Rules

Vue Points expire 24 months after the date they were earned if your account has had no purchase activity. Active subscribers who make at least one purchase per year will not have points expire. We will notify you 60 days before any points are due to expire.

Your Vue Points balance is retained for 12 months after cancellation. If you reactivate your membership within 12 months, your full points balance is restored. After 12 months of inactivity, the balance expires.

Cancellation

No fees, no guilt, no hard feelings. You can cancel at any time — here's how.

How to Cancel

You can cancel three ways:

  1. Member Dashboard: Log in → Manage Subscription → Cancel Membership → Confirm
  2. Email: Send a cancellation request to hello@maisonvue.com — we process within 24 hours
  3. Live Chat: Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm GMT

No cancellation fees. Ever.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means:

  • If you cancel before the skip window closes (1st–5th), you will not be charged and no box will ship
  • If you cancel after the skip window, your final charge has already been processed and your last box will still ship

Any unused Member Credits remain valid for 90 days post-cancellation. You can use them to purchase individual pieces from our shop during this period. After 90 days, credits expire and cannot be reinstated.

Absolutely — and we'd love to have you back. Simply log in and reactivate from your dashboard. If you return within 12 months, your Vue Points balance and loyalty tier are fully restored. Reactivating counts as a new subscription for billing purposes.

Refunds

Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed, as a Member Credit equal to the charge is issued and your box is queued for curation. However:

  • If you missed the skip window for the first time, we offer a one-time courtesy reversal — contact us within 24 hours of the charge
  • If you were charged in error (e.g. after a confirmed cancellation), we will refund immediately

If any piece arrives damaged, email us at hello@maisonvue.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Damaged items are covered under our 12-month warranty.

Individual piece purchases may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. We issue store credit rather than cash refunds for exchanges. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Gift Memberships

Purchase a Maison Vue e-gift card in any denomination — $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, or $200. The recipient can use the balance to start any subscription tier or shop individual pieces.

Gift cards are available at maisonvue.com/gift-card.

Yes — at checkout, choose to send the gift card directly to the recipient's email address on a date of your choosing. They'll receive a beautifully designed Maison Vue gift card email with their code and instructions.

No. Gift card subscriptions do not auto-renew. When the gift card balance is used up, the subscription simply ends unless the recipient chooses to continue with their own payment method. We will notify them before their gift period ends.

We offer a one-time courtesy reversal for first-time missed skip windows. Email us at hello@maisonvue.com within 24 hours of the charge and we'll review it. After the first occurrence, we are unable to reverse charges for missed skip windows.

The skip window closes on the 5th of every month at 11:59pm GMT. We recommend skipping before the 4th to avoid any time zone confusion.

This typically happens if you have multiple active subscriptions. Check your dashboard under "My Subscriptions" to review all active plans. If you believe there's been an error, contact us immediately at hello@maisonvue.com and we'll investigate and refund any duplicate charges.

This should never happen. If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, email us at hello@maisonvue.com immediately with your cancellation confirmation and we will process a full refund within 3 business days.

Discount codes can be applied to your first month's subscription at checkout. Ongoing subscription charges are billed at the standard rate unless a specific recurring discount has been applied to your account (e.g. via a referral programme or promotional offer).
