Shipping at a Glance
We ship worldwide to over 100 countries. Subscription boxes ship at the end of each month. Individual piece orders ship within 3-5 business days. All orders come with tracking.
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $75 USD. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
We use a combination of DHL, FedEx, and local postal carriers depending on your region. You'll receive your specific carrier and tracking details once your order ships.
Subscription Boxes
All subscription boxes ship between the 25th and last day of each calendar month. Subscribe before the 25th to receive your first box that same month. After the 25th, your first box ships the following month.
Delivery times after shipment: US & Canada 7–10 business days, UK & Europe 8–12 business days, Australia & NZ 10–16 business days, Middle East 10–14 business days, Rest of World 12–20 business days. Times may be extended during peak holiday periods (November–January).
If you subscribe after the 25th of the month, your first box will be queued for the following month's shipment. You will be charged on your subscription start date regardless, and your Member Credit will be available immediately.
Yes — update your delivery address in your Member Dashboard under Account → Addresses before the 20th of the month for it to apply to that month's shipment. Changes made after the 20th will apply from the following month.
Individual Orders
Individual piece orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery follows the standard regional timeframes.
Express shipping is available at checkout for most regions. Options and pricing vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
At this time, individual orders and subscription boxes are shipped separately. We're working on combining shipments as a future feature.
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, email us at hello@maisonvue.com and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering.
Prices are displayed in USD by default. We support multiple currencies at checkout — your local currency will be shown based on your location. Final charges may vary slightly due to exchange rates.
Tracking & Issues
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also find your tracking information in your Member Dashboard under My Orders.
Yes, this can happen during transit, especially for international orders moving between carriers. If tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@maisonvue.com.
First check with neighbours or your building's reception — parcels are sometimes left with neighbours or in secure areas. If still not found, email us at hello@maisonvue.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
Every Maison Vue shipment is protected. If your parcel is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we will send a full replacement at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date.
Free Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $75 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). The threshold is calculated before any discount codes are applied.
Yes — all subscription boxes qualify for free standard shipping as they exceed the $75 threshold.
