Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. You can also log into your Member Dashboard and go to My Orders to see all tracking information in one place.
Your order number is in your order confirmation email (subject line: "Your Maison Vue order is confirmed"). It's also visible in your Member Dashboard under My Orders.
Tracking links can take up to 24 hours to activate after your order ships. If the link still isn't working after 24 hours, email us at hello@maisonvue.com with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.
Subscription Boxes
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your box leaves our warehouse. Boxes typically ship between the 25th and last day of each month.
Yes — boxes ship in batches between the 25th and the last day of the month depending on your region. If it's past the last day of the month and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, email us at hello@maisonvue.com.
Yes — update your delivery address in your Member Dashboard under Account → Addresses before the 20th of the month.
Individual Orders
Individual orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
You have a short window to change or cancel your order before it's processed. Email us at hello@maisonvue.com as quickly as possible with your order number and requested change. Once an order has been packed and shipped, we're unable to make changes.
If all items are in stock, they will ship together in one parcel. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you with options.
Common Issues
First check with neighbours or your building's reception — parcels are often left in secure areas. Check any safe spots noted in your delivery instructions. If you still can't locate your parcel, email us within 30 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
This usually happens due to an incomplete address or failed delivery attempts. Email us at hello@maisonvue.com and we'll arrange re-delivery. Note that re-delivery shipping costs may apply.
Please don't open it further! Email us at hello@maisonvue.com straight away with your order number and what you received. We'll arrange collection and get your correct order to you as quickly as possible.
